Wednesday Training ON - At Bishopston

With all the bad weather lately we think the boys need a run out, and so have booked an INDOOR session at Bishopston Gym. We have booked the main sports hall and will do a range of games and fitness.

Training will be Wednesday at the usual time of 4:30 - 5:30.

Please attend if you can, as we have to pay for the whole Hall.

Also Please make sure you arrive at 4:20 so we can make a prompt start at 4:30. We will have to stop at 5:30 on the dot.
