Friday Training at Astro - NEW TIME

Our Friday training at Astroturf has moved slightly to a 4:30 start. Please be there in good time so we can make the most of the hour.

This Sunday 2 matches at Gowerton. Full squad involvement. Teamers to follow. We will be meeting at 10 and 10:30 for the 2 different teams.
